It should not be used except to be tested, it should not be worn outside for a short time, it should not be in a situation that prevents re-sale due to washing and / or damage.

No refund or exchange will be made if the dust bag, box and packaging inside the box that we sent you with the product is missing.

All of our products will be delivered in special BÉNATI packaging. We are happy to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. Please note that all return costs will be deducted from your refund.
The products to be returned must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed together with the original invoice. The product must be packed in its original packaging undamaged and returned to the return address provided by BENATI. Returns of anonymous and unannounced products will not be accepted.
Duties and taxes are not refundable.
Returns of products that are not packaged in their original packaging or whose packaging is damaged, the label from the cargo company on it, the packaging tape on it or the original packaging is damaged will not be accepted. If the returned products are received with defects, the products will be returned to the sender and all additional delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
If the product has any accessories during the first delivery to the buyer, these accessories must be packed in their original packaging and returned undamaged.
